Our Team

Abby Pucillo, OTR/L

Hello, I am Abby Pucillo. I’m a pediatric occupational therapist who believes in the power of play, connection, and helping others to participate in meaningful daily routines. I graduated from San Jose State University with my masters in occupational therapy. My educational background and over 10 years experience working with children in the bay area gives me a strong foundation in child development, while parenting my three children has shown me the real-life challenges, joys, and messy moments families navigate. I love to problem-solve and think creatively to find practical, playful solutions that truly work for each child and each home.

At the heart of my approach is a belief that everyone deserves to participate fully in their environment—experiencing joy, confidence, fun, and a true sense of belonging. Whether it’s supporting a child’s motor skills, sensory needs, or daily routines, I’m passionate about helping children and their families to create meaningful moments where growth feels natural and participation feels possible. As an occupational therapist with over 10 years of experience, I continue to grow and learn in the profession, my expertise in sensory processing, motor skill development, and social and emotional skill development.

When I’m not working with kids and families, you can find me at a park or playground, enjoying a good dance party or bike ride with my kids, diving into some kind of crafting or gardening, spending the day at the beach, or visiting my family and hometown in the mountains.

Shannon Nasser, OTR/L

Hi! My name is Shannon Nasser and I am a board-certified pediatric occupational therapist dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential. I’ve always had a passion for working with children, observing both my parents dedicate their lives to the teaching profession and supporting youth in our hometown.

I have spent the last decade plus working across different environments with the pediatric population. I specialize in areas such as sensory processing, fine and gross motor skill development, social and emotional development, self-regulation, and daily living skills (ADLs) such as feeding and dressing.

My philosophy is rooted in the belief that children learn and grow best through meaningful, play-based activities that are fun and motivating. I believe in a family-centered approach, working closely with parents, caregivers, and teachers to ensure therapy goals carry over into the home and school environments. My goal is to empower each child and family, helping them navigate challenges, build confidence, and participate fully in the activities that bring them joy.

Outside of work, I love being a mom and spending time with my two energetic young boys. I like being active myself, enjoying hikes and workout classes, and traveling with my husband. When I’m able to slow down, I take immense pleasure in a large cup of coffee (or three) and a good book.
