Our Caregiver & Me Sensory Story Class

A playful, sensory-rich class designed to help toddlers and preschoolers explore using all of their senses. This class focuses on movement, body awareness, and early social skills while giving caregivers a space to connect too.

Through movement, hands-on sensory play, and an interactive story brought to life together, participants practice body awareness, self-regulation, fine and gross motor skills, and early turn-taking, all led by a pediatric occupational therapist.

The class provides a nurturing space to:

- explore new sensory experiences at their own pace

- build body awareness and movement confidence

- practice following simple routines and transitions

- connect with other toddlers and caregivers

- have fun and get a little messy together
